Assertiveness Training

What is it? 

A short course to help women survivors of domestic abuse to develop the skills and confidence to find their voice and speak up for themselves in a variety of situations.

Who would benefit?

Any woman who has experienced domestic abuse and who has low confidence or would like to improve their skills in speaking up for themselves in a non aggressive and assertive way.

Who delivers it? 

CLASP

Where does it run? 

At the Lily Jones Support Centre in Crewe.

How long is it? 

4 weeks, 2 hours per week (Wednesday PM)

Who would refer? 

Anyone working with female survivors of domestic abuse. We also accept self referrals for this course.
