What is it? 

A chance to learn more about why/how abuse in relationships occurs and the tactics/behaviours used to control others. To gain an understanding as to why some people choose to stay and to look at other options with regards to safety and moving on.

Who would benefit?

Women who would like to gain self-esteem and the confidence to improve the quality of their lives as they move on after an abusive relationship. Any woman who needs to find answers to questions.

At the Lily Jones Support Centre, Mill House, Brook Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW2 7DE.

How long is it?

8 Weeks, 2 hours per week (Wednesday am)

Who would refer?

Any service who is working with a woman directly affected by Domestic Abuse whether current or historical. Individuals can also contact Cheshire Without Abuse to discuss eligibility on 01270 250390.
